Description: The recombinant mouse SHH comprises 185 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 21 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 23 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse SHH (Q62226) (Met1-Gly198) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
