Description: The recombinant mouse SRC/GST chimera consists of 773 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 87.7 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 80 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse SRC (NP_001020566.111) (Met 1-Leu 535) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
