Description: The recombinant mouse TEK/GST chimera consists of 590 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 68.2kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 68 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse TEK (Q02858) (Gln770-Ala1122) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
