Description: The recombinant mouse TNFRSF1B consists of 247 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 26.8 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, rm TNFRSF1B migrates as an approximately 45 kDa band due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of mouse TNFRSF1B (NP_035740.2) (Met 1-Gly 258) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
