Description: The recombinant rat CADM3 comprises 317 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 35 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the ratCADM3 is approximately 35-40 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat CADM3 (Q1WIM3) extracellular domain (Met 1-His 328) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
