Description: The recombinant rat CDH8 comprises 603 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 66.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 75-85 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat CDH8 (NP_445845.2) (Met1-Met621) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
