Description: The recombinant rat EPHA4 comprises 539 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 59.8 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 71 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat EPHA4 (D3ZZK3) (Met1-Thr547) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
