Description: The recombinant rat FCGR2B comprises 192 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21.9 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat FCGR2B is approximately 35-40 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat FCGR2B (Q63203-1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 212) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
