Description: The recombinant rat FCGR3A comprises 190 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 21.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat FCGR3A is approximately 28-33 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat FCGR3A (ABO70343.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Pro 200) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
