Description: The recombinant rat GFRA1 comprises 432 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 48 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat GFRA1 is approximately 58-65 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat GFRA1 (Q62997-1) (Met 1-Leu 445) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
