Description: The recombinant rat HAVCR1 comprises 237 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 26.7 kDa. As a result of glycosylation, the apparent molecular mass of the rat HAVCR1 is approximately 55-65 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the extracellular domain of rat HAVCR1 (NP_775172.1) (Ser 18-Val 238) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
