Description: The recombinant rat KDR comprises 752 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 84.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat KDR is approximately 120-130 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat KDR (EDM04022.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 760) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
