Description: The recombinant rat JAM2 comprises 219 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 24.7 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 43 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat JAM2 (Q3MHC0) (Met1-Asn236) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
