Description: The recombinant rat REG4 comprises 146 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 17.3 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 26-30 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the rat REG4 (Q68AX7) (Met1-Pro157) was expressed, fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
