Description: The recombinant rat TLR2 consists of 597 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 67.5 KDa. It migrates as an approximately 60 KDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mature form of rat TLR2 (Q6YGU2) (Met1-Gln587) was expressed,with a polyhistide tag at the C-terminus.
