Description: The secreted recombinant human CD32a consists of 196 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 22 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 29-32 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding (Met 1-Ile 218) of human CD32a (NP_001129691.1) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
