Description: The secreted recombinant human CD32b consists of 183 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 20.8 KDa. The apparent molecular mass of the protein is approximately 29 KDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding (Ala46-Pro217) of human CD32b (P31994-1) was expressed,with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
