Description: The secreted recombinant human CGB7 comprises 155 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 17 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh CGB7 is approximately 25 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human CGB7 isoform 1 (P01233-1) (Met 1-Gln 165) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
