Description: The secreted recombinant human FGFR1 consists of 275 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 31 kDa. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rh FGFR1 monomer is approximately 50-55 kDa due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human FGFR1 (NP_075594.1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 285) was expressed with C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
