Description: The secreted recombinant human IGSF3 comprises 1116 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 126.6 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the recombinant protein is approximately 140 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human IGSF3 isoform 1 (O75054-1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Ala 1124) was expressed, with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
