Description: The secreted recombinant human LCN2 consists of 195 amino acids. In SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, the apparent molecular mass of rhLCN2 is approximately 22 kDa as predicted. A DNA sequence encoding the human Lipocalin 2 precursor (NP_005555.2) (Met 1-Gly 198) was expressed with a C-terminal polyhistidine tag.
