Description: The secreted recombinant human RNASET2 comprises 242 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 28.5 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rh RNASET2 is approximately 35 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the human RNASET2 isoform 1 (O00584-1) (Met 1-His 256) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
