Description: The secreted recombinant mouse CSK/GST chimera consists of 687 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 78.5 kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 65 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse CSK (P41241) (Met 1-Leu 450) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
