Description: The secreted recombinant mouse SPG21/GST chimera consists of 545 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 62.8kDa. The recombinant protein migrates as an approximately 52 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse SPG21 isoform 1 (Q9CQC8-1) (Met 1-Pro 308) was fused with the N-terminal polyhistidine-tagged GST tag at the N-terminus.
