Description: The recombinant human Galectin3 consisting of 250 amino acids and has a calculated molecular mass of 26.1 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 30 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the human Galectin3 (P17931) (Met 1-Ile 250) was expressed and purified.
