Description

Description: MaxLight™490 is a new Blue-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to DyLight™488, Alexa Fluor™488 and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (491nm); Emission (515nm); Extinction Coefficient 73,000. Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC) is a unique member of the CC chemokine family. Human MDC is highly expressed in macrophages and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, but not in monocytes, natural killer cells or several lines of epithelial, endothelial or fibroblast origin. Recombinant Human MDC is an 8kD protein containing 67aa residues.
