Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. Human Macrophage-Derived Chemokine (MDC) is a unique member of the CC chemokine family. Human MDC is highly expressed in macrophages and in monocyte-derived dendritic cells, but not in monocytes, natural killer cells or several lines of epithelial, endothelial or fibroblast origin. Recombinant Human MDC is an 8kD protein containing 67aa residues.
