Description: MaxLight™550 is a new Yellow-Green photostable dye conjugate comparable to Alexa Fluor™546, 555, DyLight™549 , Cy3™, TRITC and offers better labeling efficiency, brighter imaging and increased immunodetection. Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. The murine scavenger receptor class A (SRA), type I and II is also known as CD204. CD204 is expressed by tissue macrophages and functions both as an endocytic receptor for lipoproteins and as an adhesion receptor for macrophages binding to ligand rich tissues e.g. atherosclerotic lesions. Inhibits the uptake of acetylated low-density lipoproteins and also inhibits divalent cation independent adhesion.
