Absorbance (550nm); Emission (575nm); Extinction Coefficient 150,000. The mannose receptor is a 175kD type 1 membrane protein that is also known as CD206. CD206 is expressed on most tissue macrophages, in vitro derived dendritic cells, lymphatic and sinusoidal endothelia.
