Specificity
Synthetic peptide 12aa within the N-terminus and at the splice site of Nogo-A from the putative extracellular domain of rat Nogo-B. Peptide sequence was slected at the splice site of Nogo-B in a manner that the complete 12aa epitope is only present in Nogo-B. This region in absent in Nogo-C. Species Sequence Homology: Mouse: 100%; Human (Nogo-B/Foocen-m/foocen-m2): 83%.
