Short Description

SARS-CoV, Spike (Middle) Recomb.SARS-CoV, Spike (Middle Region), RecombinantContains a mosaic of the immunodominant regions of the middle region of the Spike protein. Not full-length spike protein. Contains GST fusion partner. Immunoreactive with SARS positive sera. Molecular weight is 38kDa. May appear as multiple bands on SDS-PAGE (intact protein at 35kDa, GST fusion protein at 26kDa, and the Spike fragment at 12kDa).

Application Notes

Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
