Short Description

SARS-CoV, Spike (C-term) Recomb.SARS Associated Coronavirus, Spike (C-terminal), RecombinantContains a mosaic of the immunodominant regions of the C-terminal of the Spike protein. Not full-length spike protein. Contains GST fusion partner. Immunoreactive with SARS positive sera. Molecular weight is 37 kDa.May appear as multiple bands on SDS-PAGE (intact protein at 37 kDa, GST fusion protein at 26 kDa, and the Spike fragment at 11 kDa).

Application Notes

Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
