Description: 1X ClearSort™ NS is an isotonic phosphate buffered saline solution pH 7.2 containing 1.0 mM tetrasodium EDTA. ClearSort™ NS is a sub-micron filtered, low particle count, non-sterile solution useful as a cell sorting sheath fluid option. Tetrasodium EDTA is non-cytotoxic during the cell sorting process and is used to prevent the accumulation of bio-film on the cell sorter fluidic pathway.
