Description: Pork genomic DNA is recommended for genomic analysis e.g. as template in positive control PCRs like for the MeatDetect qPCR Kit Pork and MeatDetect qPCR Kit Pork+Horse, #PCR-701 / #PCR-702. The DNA was purified from muscle meat of pork. The DNA fragments have a size of up to 50 kb. Quality control: Quality and concentration is confirmed by UV/Vis spectrometry.
