Description: This secondary conjugate recognizes YOUR human IgM antibody. FabFc-pHast is a chemical conjugate of goat anti-human monovalent antibody and a pH-dependent fluorescent reporter. The antibodies used to make FabFc-pHast Hug-M are affinity-purified polyclonal antibodies against the Fc portion of human IgM (5µ). The antibody used in this product will react only with the Fc portion of the IgM heavy chain. It will not cross-react across immunoglobulin classes and subclasses of the same species. The pHast fluorescent dye has an excitation wavelength of 532 nm with an emission maxima at 560 nm.
