Description: MsrB produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated chain containing 157 amino acids (1-137aa) and having a molecular mass of 17.6 kDa. MsrB is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at the N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Purity greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. MsrB is provided at 1 mg/ml in 20mM Tris HCl pH-8.0, 20% glycerol, 0.1M NaCl, 1mM DTT.
